Extra fee is applicable at USD 50.00 for wedding and event fall on Sunday and public holiday (based on Indonesian calendar).

Extra fee is applicable for venue outside of SOUTH Bali ( Kuta, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Uluwatu ).

If you decide to use Bunga Ayu Wedding then the following will apply,

• You will need to return a signed copy of the contract with a 50% deposit of the Co-ordination fee.
• Arrangement for the event will be processed when a down payment of 50% is received on the total estimated amount.
• The remainder of the total balance must be settled 14 (fourteen) days prior to the event.

No services from Bunga Ayu Wedding or its vendors will be guaranteed unless payment is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation submitted within,

• Less than 30 days of the event, a cancellation fee at the amount of 50% of the total quoted price shall be applied
• Less than 20 days of the event, a cancellation fee at the amount of 70% of the total quoted price shall be applied
• Less than 14 days of the event or no show, no refundable
